Your Manager has asked to review the schedule forecast before your team see their shifts for the week. No problem we have you covered.

Once you have built the schedule and are happy with the sales forecast and hours then you are ready to submit for approval.

On the top right of the schedule, click on the draft ⬇️ and pick ‘Submit for approval’.

On the next page you have an option of who to send the schedule to for approval

Click on ‘Send to’ ⬇️ and choose an approver. There is also a box for notes to add any extra information that the approver may need to understand the schedule / forecast costs.

Press submit.

You will then see your schedule approval is pending.

Once your schedule has been approved, you will see that the button has changed to ‘Approved’ and has turned purple.

Once approved don’t forget to publish the schedule so your team can see their shifts on their app.

Things change, so if you need to add or remove shifts from your schedule then you can do this too!

You can hide your schedule from the team until changes have been made by hitting ‘Hidden’.

But what will happen if the schedule isn’t approved?

You will receive an email that lets you know that the schedule has been rejected 👇

And you will see this on your schedule.

Once you have re jigged your schedule you can then return it back to draft.

And re-submit for approval when you are ready!
