Navigating to the export
Select scheduling & workforce from the left hand side of the screen.
Select people from the drop down at the top of the screen.
Select the download icon next to add person
This will open the draw that will allow you to export employee data
Exporting the reports
Select the type of report you wish to export from the drop down menu under type. Depending on the report you type you choose, you will be able to specify the date range for the report to cover.
Select all locations or choose a location from the drop down menu.
Select export to download a CSV of the report you have selected.
Available reports
There are four different exports available:
New starter export will give you the details that you have on file for your new employees in the time frame that you selected.
💡Use this export to check employee data is up to date and identify gaps in the data which may affect onboarding or payroll.
Leavers export gives you details on leavers including end holiday balances and deactivation date.
💡Use this export to check leavers' holiday entitlements and reconcile outstanding accrued holidays.
Employee details export gives you the details you find in the new starter export with the addition of holiday details, and is for all employees up until the date the report is extracted.
💡Use this report to audit employee data for all employees.
Employee detail changes export gives you details on any changes that have been made to an employee file within a pre-selected time frame.
💡Use this export to track changes in employees details, wages, job title or holiday accrual.
