When clocking out at the end of a shift, you have the option to give your feedback on how your shift went.
This gives management insight into how team members felt during their shift, helps flag issues, and enables continuous improvement of scheduling, support, and working conditions.
How it works
Clock out: at the end of their shifts, you clock out as usual via the Nory mobile app.
Rate the shift: you will then prompted to give feedback on how the shift went with a simple 👍 / 👎 or skip if you don't have time to answer.
Additional information: after selecting one of the two options, you will be prompted to select a few reasons that led to your answer.

Submit: you can submit at any point and your answer will be saved and recorded against the shift you worked.
