Shift employee feedback

Get a sense of how shifts went for your employees

Overview

When clocking out at the end of a shift, employees are prompted to give their feedback on the shift and how it went.

This gives management insight into how team members felt during their shift, helps flag issues, and enables continuous improvement of scheduling, support, and working conditions.

⚠️ The end of shift survey is not be enabled by default for your brand. If you want to have it enabled, please reach out to the Nory team and will do that for you!

How it works for your employees

  • Clock out: at the end of their shifts, employees clock out as usual via the Nory mobile app.

  • Rate the shift: employees are then prompted to give feedback on how the shift went with a simple πŸ‘ / πŸ‘Ž or skip if they don't have time to answer.

  • Additional information: after selecting one of the two options, employees are prompted to select a few reasons that led to their answer.

    • if employees select πŸ‘ they will have the following options:

    • If they select πŸ‘Ž they will be able to choose from the following:

  • Submit: they can submit at any point and their answer will be saved and recorded against the timecard.

View the ratings

In the payroll section of your Nory app, you can go and check the timecards with the associated ratings. You will be able to see the overall rating as well as a note with additional feedback (if selected).
