Invite an employee to provide, review and sign documents

Select the clock icon from the side bar.

Select people from the menu bar.

Choose a location.

If you are sending documents to a new employee select add employee.

Enter the name and email.

Choose the permission level.

Enter the employment specific information.

Use the tick boxes to choose which documents you will request to be provided, reviewed or signed. Any documents that were selected as mandatory in the setup will be automatically selected and greyed out.

Click send invite.

The employee will now receive an invite to download the team app and sign up with Nory. The employee and provide, review and sign the documents in the Nory team app.

The employee will appear in the people list with the status set to to invited.

Approving and countersigning documents

When the employee has uploaded, reviewed and signed the necessary documents the status will be updated to ready for approval.

💡 Documents cannot be reviewed or countersigned until the employee has completed ALL documents and submitted them through the Nory team app.

Select documents in the employees file.

Documents that are required to be provided by the employee can be downloaded and reviewed by clicking the.

Approve or reject the documents.

To countersign a document click sign next to the document name.

Click on click to sign to counter sign the document.

Choose to draw your signature.

Or type your signature.

Or upload a photo.

Click insert.

Click continue.

A green tick will appear next to the signed document to confirm it is complete.

Use the request another document button if you need to request or send additional documents.

💡 The majority of the employees information is provided and uploaded buy the employee during the sign up to Nory, meaning there is no need to collect personal/payroll data.

Employee permissions

Employee permission levels can be updated by selecting permissions in the employee’s file.

Permission levels can be restricted by selecting a permission level from the drop down menu.

Toggle permissions on and off to customise permission levels by employee.
