Set up documents to be requested from or signed by employees

Setting up onboarding documents, to be provided or reviewed

Select the settings Icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

Select onboarding from brand settings

Configure the documents that need to be provided, reviewed or signed by the employee.

To add the documents that need to be provided click add document

Add a document name and a description of the document, or request

Click all new starters need to provide this document to make providing the document mandatory

Click save

This document will now be requested when a new employee is created through Nory

To add documents that need to be reviewed click add document

Add a document name and a description of the document

Drag and drop or upload the document you wish to be reviewed

Click save

To add the documents that need to be Signed click add document

Setting up documents to be signed

Select the settings icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

Add a document name and a description of the document

Drag and drop or upload the document you wish to be reviewed

Select a sender from the drop down menu

Select only the sender can counter sign the document if you want to restrict signing privileges to one person (Sender). If this box is not selected anyone with access can send and countersign the document.

πŸ““ Only the person who sends the document will be able to countersign it.

Choose the fields that will need to be completed on the contract, use the drop down menu to select the fields

Select configure document template to set up the contract ready to be sent

First select the fields that are completed by the sender.

Select sender from the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner

The fields that can be completed by the sender are highlighted in pink, the sender will use the textbox only. The text box will populate from the employees profile on Nory.

Drag and drop the text box to the gaps in the contract

Select the text that should appear in the text box from the drop down menu in the bottom left corner

Continue this set until the necessary fields are complete

Select employee from the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner

Select the fields from the right hand side that the employee will need to complete

Select manager from the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner

Select the fields from the right hand side that the manager will need to complete.

πŸ’‘ Manger in this situation is the counter signer.

Click continue in the top right hand corner of the screen

The documents are now ready to be sent and signed
