Once logged in to Nory select labour from the menu bar in the top left of your screen.

If there are multiple locations in your brand you will see a snapshot of the labour performance by location

Too many locations to look through? Type a location name into the search bar to filter the list. Select a location from the search bar to see the data detail for an individual location.

Clicking on a location in the table will leave the group view and show you the location’s labour performance in detail.

Select the date range you wish to view from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

💡 Use the daily view to breaks down spend per hour.

Use the weekly view to look at spend per day.

Use the monthly view for LFL comparisons and to highlight recurring trends.

View the cost of labour as a % of sales, as a monetary value or as the number of hours used by selecting the options in the top right hand corner.

Hover over the graph to see a breakdown of costs against forecast.

💡 Sales data is updated throughout the day, so your labour results show in real time too.

View a breakdown of the actual labour spend against the planned spend on the right hand side of the screen.

💡If your sales forecast needs to change, your planned labour spend will update to account for this.
