Ways to Pause Items:
In Bulk – Select multiple items from the inventory list to pause them all at once. Ideal for seasonal items.
Per Item – Pause an item directly from the inventory list, affecting all linked suppliers.
Suppliers Per Item – Click into an item and pause it for a specific supplier. Useful for managing temporary supplier changes, like price increases.
By Supplier- Pick a specific supplier from the filter, the use the bulk action to the left to pause all items for that supplier.

Setting a Timeframe
Start & End Date – The item will be unavailable starting from the selected start date and will automatically become available again when the pause ends.
Start Date Only – The item will remain unavailable indefinitely until manually reactivated.
Exporting Data
Need to review pausing information in a spreadsheet? You can download the item list—including paused items—directly from the side menu.
Things to Keep in Mind
Recipes won’t be paused – Pausing an item won’t automatically pause recipes that use it, so double-check before making changes, if a paused item is in a recipe the stock will continue to be deducted as normal
Pausing applies to all locations – At the moment, you can’t pause an item for a specific location; the pause applies across all locations.
