To place an order through the desktop, navigate to the Purchases tab.

Then select which location you'd like to order to. This will give you a list of available suppliers to order from:

Select the supplier you'd like to order from and enter a delivery date:

💡 We are using demand based ordering here. In order for demand based ordering to work and be accurate for your brand you will need to setup supplier rules, complete regular counts, enter waste & ensure your forecasts are up-to-date.

Complete your order by using the plus and minus buttons next to the item you'd like to order or use the search bar to find the item.

💡 If something comes up and you're half way through your order, use the 'Save for later' button at the bottom and we'll save the order in your drafts!

The saved draft can then be found in the Orders section.

Once you are happy with the order, click view shopping cart.

Add in any comments for the supplier and click Place order.

💡 You can set a minimum order value for each supplier in the inventory setup screen.

Open up the Nory IM app and you'll see the Place order section.

💡 If you are in multiple locations, ensure you're ordering to the correct location by clicking the location name at the top & changing if necessary.

Select the supplier you'd like to order from and enter a delivery date:
