Select the setup tab on the left hand side of the screen

Select items from the top of the screen.

Select the item that you wish to amend from the list or use the search bar.

In the item draw you will see the stock count section at the bottom of the screen.

Select how you would like the item to be available to count using the check boxes on the left hand side.

💡Having products that are delivered in similar packaging and/or sizes available to count in the same quantities will help to avoid counting errors.

The show as column allows you to select how you would like the item to be labelled, use the drop down menu to view and select the appropriate label for the item.

Choose how you would like to see you count data in reports using the toggles in the use in reports column.

💡Changes to how units are shown in reports will only affect future inventory counts.
