Requesting a Transfer
Select the transfer icon from the side bar.
You are now viewing the Transfers screen.
๐กYou will see all requests, incoming, sent, rejected and received transactions here.
To create a new Transfer click New Transfer.
Select the Request icon if you would like to request stock from another location.
Select the location you are requesting stock from and the date you are making the request for, click Continue.
Choose the item(s) that you are requesting by typing the item name in the search bar and selecting the item from the list below.
Choose the quantity you require and click Done.
Once you have selected all the items you want to request click continue.
If you are happy with the requested items and quantities click Request transfer
Your request will now show in the Transfers list under Pending Transfers as Requested.
Your request will remain listed as requested until the location you are requesting from either accepts or declines the transfer request.
Completing a Transfer
You can view requested transfers in the Transfer screen under Pending Transfers, click on the transfer you wish to process.
You can choose to Send Transfer or Reject Transfer Request.
View sent/rejected transfers on the Transfer page under Transfer history.
Any transferred stock will now relate to the site that the stock was transferred to and will form part of the data available in Inventory Insights.
