Navigating to Purchasing Insights
Click the order Purcahses on the homepage.
Click into the "Purchasing Report" tab.
Using Purchasing Insights
On the Purchasing Insights page, you'll see an overview of your top purchases, broken into four groups:
Location
Supplier
Item
Category
For each group, you can see the total quantity ordered versus the total quantity delivered.
š” Tip: Check supplier reliability by comparing your "Ordered" and "Delivered" values. A large gap between the two can indicate a supplier isn't fulfilling orders reliably.
You can filter your insights in the following ways:
By location or group: Use the locations drop-down to view insights at a group level or for an individual location.
By supplier: View an individual supplier, or a combination of suppliers.
By item: View purchasing data for a specific item.
By category: View purchasing data for a specific category.
š” Tip: Use the supplier purchasing insights to compare the reliability of your top suppliers against each other.
