This article is for Admin users on the Nory web app. Only Admins can disconnect All Gravy or create a new All Gravy key.
What disconnecting All Gravy does
Disconnecting All Gravy stops All Gravy's access to your Nory data straight away.
Every active All Gravy key for your brand stops working, including any key Nory created for you in the past.
All Gravy loses access immediately.
Data that All Gravy has already received is not deleted.
Disconnect All Gravy
Follow these steps in the Nory web app.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Type "All Gravy" in the Search for an integration box, or select Employee engagement from the categories list.
Click the All Gravy tile. The All Gravy access window shows Connected, the access level and a key hint.
Click Disconnect All Gravy.
A confirmation box called Disconnect All Gravy? appears. Click Yes, disconnect to confirm, or Cancel to keep All Gravy connected.
Get a new All Gravy key
You need a new All Gravy key if you lost the key, if All Gravy says the key doesn't work, or if you want to change the access level.
Nory can't show an All Gravy key again after it was created, so you replace the key instead.
Prepare to send All Gravy a new key straight away, because All Gravy can't access your data between disconnecting and receiving the new key.
Disconnect All Gravy, using the steps in "Disconnect All Gravy" above.
Connect All Gravy again, using the steps in How do I connect All Gravy to Nory? You can choose a different access level at this point.
Send the new key to All Gravy securely.

You're signed in to the Nory web app as an Admin.
After connecting again, the All Gravy access window shows Connected with the new key hint.
If All Gravy still can't access your data, contact Nory Support and have this ready:
Your brand name.
The last 4 characters of the new key hint.
The access level shown in the All Gravy access window.
What All Gravy told you, including any error message.
