Overview
After clocking out at the end of a shift, staff can use the Rate Your Shift feature to provide quick feedback on their shift experience.
This gives management insight into how team members felt during their shift, helps flag issues, and enables continuous improvement of scheduling, support, and working conditions.
How It Works
Here’s a step‑by‑step guide for staff:
Clock Out
At the end of your shift, use the standard clock‑out workflow in the Nory app.Prompt Appears
Immediately after clocking out, the “Rate Your Shift” prompt appears on screen.Choose a Rating / Feedback
After clocking out, you’ll be prompted to optionally rate your shift using a simple thumbs up or thumbs down:
👍 Thumbs Up — Things went well.
👎 Thumbs Down — The shift could have been better.
Once you select a rating, you’ll be asked to choose a tag that helps explain why you felt that way.
👎 Thumbs Down → “Short Staffed”, “Rude Guests”, “No Breaks”, “Slow Shift”
👍 Thumbs Up → “Great teamwork”, “Good Guests”, “Well-staffed”
Submit
Tap “Submit”. The rating is recorded and stored.
You’ll see a confirmation that your feedback was received.
