1. Point of Sale (POS) Integration
Your POS provides sales data, revenue breakdown, covers (where applicable), and menu item performance. This data connects directly to recipe usage, theoretical COGS, labour-to-sales ratios, and margin reporting.
How Integration Works
Each POS provider has a slightly different integration process. We will provide platform-specific instructions during onboarding. You may need to enable API access, generate API keys, or grant partner access.
What We Need From You
Confirmation of your POS provider
Admin-level access to the POS
Approval to enable integration
Historical sales data (if available)
Common Issues That Delay POS Setup
Admin access not available
Incorrect user permissions
Multiple POS instances not disclosed
Menu items not aligned with recipe names
2. Workforce Management (WFM) Data
Your WFM data allows us to report labour by department, track labour cost %, build schedules, forecast labour needs, and measure productivity.
How Workforce Setup Works
In most cases, we will request that an account is created for Nory within your existing WFM system so we can migrate and configure your workforce structure.
