Managers notifications

Managers receive 3 notifications via email:

Schedule request created/resubmitted by employee

Schedule request cancelled by employee

Visa/document expiry alerts (60/30 days)

Employees notifications

Employees receive the following notifications via a mix of channels:

Onboarding

Document rejected - Email

Document upload reminder - Email & Push

Scheduling

Schedule published - Email

Schedule updated - Email & push

Schedule request approved - Email

Schedule request rejected - Email

Swap request cancelled/rejected - Push

Employee lifecycle

Invitation to join Nory - Email

Document signature request - Email & Push

Visa/document expiry - Email


Inventory Management

Scanning - update the user who scanned the image - push notifications

We send updates to users who scanned the invoices.

Ordering - email copy to user who placed the order - email

We send a copy to the user who placed the order.

💡Tip: To send email copies of supplier orders to additional recipients, go to Suppliers, select the supplier, and open the Location tab. Enter the relevant email addresses in the appropriate field.
