Nory brings reviews from your connected platforms into one dashboard so you can monitor performance and respond quickly.

Here’s how it works by platform:

Google

  • We pull in star ratings and written comments.

  • Google reviews are auto-responded to by Nory’s AI agent, using the review text to generate a relevant reply.

Deliveroo

  • Only star ratings are pulled in.

  • Autoreplies and manual responses are not available. Deliveroo ratings can be used to track trend analysis.

Just Eat & Trip Advisor

  • Nory pulls in star ratings and written comments.

  • This allows you to track sentiment and themes based on real customer feedback inside Nory.
