By connecting your TripAdvisor, Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Google accounts, you can manage, respond, and analyze reviews directly within Nory saving hours of manual work.
Before you start, make sure your permissions are enabled. Contact the Support team if you'd like reviews enabled.
Step 1: Integrate and Map Your Listings
Go to Settings → Reviews
Choose the platform you’d like to connect -
TripAdvisor, Deliveroo, Just Eat, or GoogleLog in using your business account credentials
Once connected, map your listings so Nory knows which venues correspond to each venue
Step 3: Configure Your Reply Settings
Once your accounts are integrated, it’s time to set up how Nory replies to reviews.
In Reviews, click See All → then open Reply Settings
2. Choose one of the following modes:
Auto Draft – Nory drafts replies for you to review
Auto Reply – Nory automatically posts replies
Auto Reply (4★/5★ Only) – Nory only responds to positive reviews
Step 4: Customize Your AI Replies
Make sure your replies reflect your brand’s tone and values.
Go to Settings → Reviews → Reply Settings
Under AI Response Settings, configure:
Tone of voice (e.g., friendly, professional, playful)
SEO keywords for local visibility
Custom instructions for:
✅ Positive reviews – thank and encourage loyalty
😐 Neutral reviews – acknowledge and offer help
❌ Negative reviews – apologize and resolve
Step 5: Review & Test Your Setup
Once everything’s connected:
Monitor new reviews flowing in from your integrated platforms
Check that replies are posting as expected
Adjust tone, automation levels, or keywords anytime under Reply Settings
