Navigate to the Inventory setup on the left-hand toolbar.

In the items tab use the check box next to the item name to select the item(s) that you wish to pause.

Select the … icon in the top right of the screen and select Pause selected.

Add a date that you would like the snooze to start and end on and select Pause.

Paused items will show in the item list like this.

To pause batch items delivered from a CPU simply select the batches from the Batches tab and follow the steps as above.

Paused items will show on the orders screen as below and will not be available to order until the end date has been reached.

To make the item available again, select the items from the item list.

Select the … icon in the top right of the screen and select Unpause selected and the items will be available to order again.
